Most small SLS nylon and resin parts cost $5 to $30 each. Every part is priced from its volume, the space it takes in the printer and a handling fee, then adjusted for finish, quantity and lead time, using the same formula as the instant quote.

The formula
Part price = (material rate × part volume) + (space rate × bounding-box volume) + handling + finish, never less than the per-part minimum. Then the quantity discount and lead-time multiplier apply. Volumes are in cubic centimeters.

The space rate covers the room a part takes in the printer: a hollow box costs more than its plastic alone because it fills more of the build. The handling fee covers depowdering or washing, QC and packing.

Ground shipping (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground) is free on orders over $99. Otherwise, you choose USPS or UPS at checkout from live carrier rates, including 2-day and overnight. We ship to US addresses only.

Show us a published instant quote from a US-made 3D printing service for the same part, material, finish, quantity and ship date, and we'll beat it by 5%. Send the quote screenshot through the special request form before you order. Overseas services and manual or negotiated quotes don't qualify.

- Formlabs Fuse 1+ SLS printers cost a fraction of industrial machines, and Nylon 12 powder is reused in later builds.
- Every SLS build mixes parts from several orders, so you share the build cost instead of paying for a whole one.

- Economy lead time gives us flexibility to fill builds, and we pass that on as 10% off.
